“Today you are you, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is youer than you.”
-Dr. Seuss
Hello Everyone,
Whenever I get a little cough, Mommy, Daddy, & I, always end up at the odd building where the toys have no bright colors. I think it is Mrs. Doctor’s house, but she always has a lot of other people there too.
I was just playing & learning with my friends on Tuesday, then I did not feel so good. I don’t know why. I just kept coughing & coughing until there were tears in my eyes. The more I coughed, the more my throat and chest got tired. I was uncomfortable, & I cried to Mommy. She knew Mrs. Doctor was required.
We went in such a hurry, Mommy & Daddy were so worried.
Once we got to Mrs. Doctor’s house, I had fun with her black slingy toy. But, when Mrs. Doctor walked in, she put an end to my joy. I couldn’t stop staring at her boring white coat, as she put a light in my ear & a popsicle stick by my throat.
I think she told Mommy & Daddy I might have played with Bron-chi-tis, but I’ve never met that little boy. Mommy & Daddy stared at each other & looked a little annoyed. All I know is I can no longer go to the place. I guess Bron-chi-tis is some type of disgrace.
Sad to say mommy and daddy decided to cancel our subscription at Gymboree. I've been sick not once, not twice but a whole three times.

Awww,.. I can see he doen't look like he feels good in the picture. His little eyes have some bags under them. That is usually a sign of sinus.
ReplyDeleteSick kids is never fun! Hopefully he is feeling better!
ReplyDeleteIt very much like daycare. With all the young kids and young immune systems, they seem to get sick constantly when attending these type of things. That's the reason I don't take my babies to these type of large playgroups and such.
ReplyDeleteMy kids have been sick constantly since they started preschool. No fun at all.
ReplyDeleteLook at it like you're building up his immunity :)
ReplyDeleteThat is what my mother always said to me when my kids got sick and they actually do get sick a lot less now that they're older.
Aw :( His poor little eyes, you can tell he doesn't feel good :( I really have a thing about parents taking their sick kids out to socialize with other healthy kids - so rude! Now YOURS is sick because of their rudeness :(
ReplyDeleteiT BREAKS MY HEART WHEN KIDS ARE SICK! This year we seem to be experience our fair share of colds as well.
ReplyDeleteHe is so cute, but you can just see that he is not feeling right. Poor little guy.
ReplyDeleteaw poor baby sending get well wishes to your little one.
ReplyDeleteso cute you write from his perspective something he will like to read when he's older I am sure of it. Sorry your little guy has been sick I hope he get's better soon. .
ReplyDeleteAww...he is adorable but you really can tell that he's not feeling well. Hope he gets better soon!
ReplyDeleteoh no!!! No more gym time, but being healthy is more important. I am experiencing this as well with my son. Every time we are around other children, he will get a runny nose. When we go weeks with staying home, he isn't sick. It's a germy world out there! Feel better little man!
ReplyDeletePoor baby looks sick :( I do love to hear his 'voice' in these posts though! It is too cute.
ReplyDeleteAww, poor baby. It's so frustrating for us parents when our little guys are sick and we can't do anything to immediately make them feel well.
ReplyDeleteFeel better soon little man. Its no fun being sick and no fun for mommy and daddy as well. Hope it doesnt happen anymore :(
ReplyDeletepoor baby! I hope you feel better. My little one also got sick recently and its no fun.
ReplyDeletePoor boy! That sucks to get sick so often from the other kiddos at Gymboree :(
ReplyDeleteSo sorry that sweet little guy is so sick. Hope he feels better real soon. He still looks like he is having fun at the doctor's office.
ReplyDeleteI currently have the bad case of Bronchitis too little man. And I know how it feels. Let's get well soon together!
ReplyDeleteAwww sorry he has not been feeling well sometimes the places you want to take your kiddies are always the places that sickness comes from i hate it.
ReplyDeleteIt is horrible when they're ill, but I'm sure it takes up about half of the time until they're around 3! Then it comes back when they start at school/kindergarten/nursery. By 6 you can breathe a sigh of relief as they've caught most of what's going :D
ReplyDeletePoor little guy! Hope he gets better soon!! Spring is right around the corner.
ReplyDeleteAww, little guy!! My son gets sick right when cold weather hits and keeps on right through winter. The pediatrician said it's Winter Allergies, but I'm not so sure. He'd had a better winter this year than the last few though (and it's the worst winter by far weather-wise). Hope your little guy is feeling up to par soon!
ReplyDeleteSo having 5 kids this is something I have learned. That although they are sick younger being exposed to so many new germs, he is building a strong immune system and hopefully will be sick less when he gets into grade school. This is what we have experienced. None the less not fun, not fun at all. Hang in there and make sure to get some mommy time!
ReplyDeleteI hope he feel much better soon! My kiddos have been sick a lot this season too. Such a bummer.
ReplyDeleteI hope he continues to feel better... I guess a down side of public play spaces is the colds kids pick up. Sending healing hugs your way.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry to hear he's feeling bad. Being sick isn't fun at all! And the pic really shows he's down. And it's not fun for the parents to see their baby to suffer either. Lot's of blessing to your whole family and I hope he'll get better soon!
ReplyDeleteHope your little is feeling a lot better since my last visit here an hour or so ago. I also hope you are getting much needed rest too.
ReplyDeleteThis really is an awful winter with so many sicknesses floating around. Hope you feel better soon little guy!
ReplyDeleteSorry your son is sick! It's always tough when the little guys don't feel well.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness. He is so cute! I hope he feels better soon!
ReplyDeleteAwww what a cutie! I hope he feels better soon. I hope when babies are sick.
ReplyDeletePoor little guy!! I hope he feels better soon!! (And for mom and dad's sake too! Sick kiddos are no fun!)
ReplyDeleteAwww, poor little man! I hope he is feeling all better! I had a rough week too with sickness, I can relate. It's so much worse when they are little and sick though.
ReplyDeleteaww so cute <3 I hope he'll get better soon.

Poor thing, hope he gets better soon!
ReplyDeleteIt's hard when a little one gets sick, because they don't really know what is going on. And they don't have all the vocab to help you out. It's very frustrating as a parent, because you're not sure what to do for them!
ReplyDeleteHope he is now feeling better! It's not fun being sick.
